It was an easy and straight forward interview process. It felt natural and like a conversation where we talked together. One of the better interviews I had, I enjoyed it.
I interviewed at Heathrow Airport (Hounslow, England)
Interview
The interview consisted of two stages, one online recording where you are being asked recorded questions and you record your answers. The second stage is where a live interviewer is asking you questions over Teams.

Question 1
What would I do in a certain situation with a passenger.
3 round process.
First round was a brief screening with HR. Next round was a 30min panel interview online with peers. Third round was an onsite panel interview with the HM and a senior stakeholder. I would give this experience a thumb up or neutral but the senior stakeholder was a very cultural insensitive piece of work.i shall not go into details or provide her name. This is an organisation that claims to champion DEI with 49% BAME representation - how dreadful. I didn't get the job but at least I received a call from HR with the feedback relating to lack of fit and the process being very competitive.
