Heap's interview process included an introductory interview, a follow up interview with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview with half a dozen members of the Heap team across several departments, wherein one portion I was asked to present on an analytical project I had previously undertaken. I felt this was a very good structure as it gave me, the candidate, a chance to speak with a breadth of folks at Heap while in turn offering each of those stakeholders a chance to ask questions of me. This process was not siloed. All of my interactions with Heap team members were very positive and helpful, from my first call to me offer call - speaking with everyone was a big contributing factor to my choosing Heap.
