A headhunter reached out and asked to have a call. First call was concise and informative on an HR perspective (screening call).
Next step was a assessment completion, via a weblink.
Upon confirming correct answers, an interview with senior / leadership followed.

Question 1
Assessment was fairly difficult, considering that it was timed.
Numerical questions related to performance / business optimization. eg If the marging for 3 categories is X%, Y%, Z% on the price of ticker sold, which category would you invest more money in growing?
First Round: HR will check your profile if it fits the role they are looking for, why you want to work at Headout, you may also ask questions about the role and company

Quite a lot of rounds including aptitude tests and business cases but no real chance to present the work. Superficial discussion on the business and its opportunity in Europe where they are aiming for growth.
