Hawken School interview questions

I had three interviews: first by phone, second in person; third by Zoom. By the third interview you feel you have somewhat of a chance at being selected for the position. But, I literally never heard from them again!!

The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a phone call with the primary school director. The second round lasts an entire day on their campus. I interviewed multiple administrators and teachers and taught a lesson. They told me they would get back to me but did not. I had to reach out several times before ever getting a response.
