Applied to a LinkedIn job posting for Hatchways. Received a follow-up email that asked me to do a take-home assessment (red flag 1) that would take a full day to do. From there, they give you feedback based on how you did the assessment. After that I had a technical interview with one of the developers and I received feedback based on how I did in that interview. Technical interview was very short, I felt that they were expecting too much in 20 minutes. Feedback suggested that I do their other take-home interview assignment (red flag 2). Although they do give decent feedback, unfortunately I would not recommend this company as all they want you to do is keep doing assessments and to register for their portal.
