Very quick not a great fit, the interviewer was late and didnt seem to care about what i had to say. Nice young guy just at that point maybe they had already made up their mind but it was just a waste of time on both ends.

It was a great interview process. The recruiter communicated effectively. The Meridian office is a nice, modern office. It seems to be a good work environment when I stepped into their office upon my arrival for my interview.
