After that, there was a personality evaluation, followed by problem-solving questions similar to an IQ test, which took about thirty minutes. Toward the end, I was presented with unexpected questions and more in-depth interview-style questions, which tested my ability to think quickly, respond logically, and remain composed under pressure. Overall, the assessment was designed not only to evaluate my skills and reasoning ability but also to understand my personality traits and how I might perform in real work situations.
