It wasn’t really hard . There are 4 parts . You have the reading , spelling , typing , and hearing for the assessment. If you pass then they hire you . So far it seems ok.

Interview
It was straight forward, they ask general questions and your background, what you can contribute to the company etc. They also test your verbal and tying skills to see if you're proficient in the field you're applying to.
