I submitted my CV and a few days ago they called me and asked me about my motivation. The next day they invited me to their office for a job interview

Totally unprofessional. They asked me personal questions, like if I live alone or with my partner. They also told me that they don't have a salary range for the role that I applied for and asked me my salary in my last position. During the interview they also told me "we are a family here"
