Had an initial meeting which was 30 mins late (interviewer apologised and we moved on)
Spoke for 45 mins to an hour, seemed really positive, but I found it very hard to get a word in as I was over spoken when I tried to highlight my experience.
I was loved to second round, which was cancelled with 3 hours notice after I had arranged time off.
I then emailed to withdraw my application after seeing negative reviews and hearing about how poorly staff are treated.
When I emailed to withdraw my application, I was not asked why I was withdrawing it and I had to reply seeing if they wanted to know (assuming it might help their search). I received no reply back.
Looking back it’s like they were trying to impress candidates but didn’t care once it didn’t serve them.
