The interview process was pleasant and easy going. I was told about the company and what they produce. The job duties were described in detail. However, the only criticism I would have is that the company did not let me know what their decision was weeks after my interview. It has been nearly two weeks and there hasn't been any rejection letter or communication from the company. On their website they have a mission statement that reads: "To honor God in all that we do." But I find that not communicating to those not chosen for the job is not pleasing in God's eyes especially if a face to face interview was conducted. It is not only rude, but unprofessional as well. The way a company treats its applicants before and after interviews says a lot. But other than that, the interview itself was pleasant.
