HYPR interview questions

Talked to the recruiter and was told that he would provide my information to the hiring manager after 'excellent' comments. I was a perfect fit. I then asked for an update a weekish later and in an hour after that was given a form letter email saying 'decided not to proceed with your candidacy'. First almost ghosted and then not even the decency to send a respond to my personal email. This shows the recruiter and employer does not care about applicants. I am now happy they did not move me forward.

First round was recruiter screen. Second round was hiring manager. Thought the interview went well and planned next steps on the call, he asked to be added to my linked in as a condition of moving forward. Farmed my contacts including my current employer and then was told the next day that I would not be moving forward. Predatory and creepy.
