Short and sweet. I had a live coding session. Simple task to implement with a little help from the person who recruited. Recruiters also discussed technical problems to solve. Rather basic things. Basic questions about Ruby.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HTD Health (Łódź, Lódz) in Nov 2020
Interview
Straightforward, with several questions about technology appropriate for the given position (Ruby on Rails in my case). 30 minutes of solving a coding problem. Conversation about the company and that's it. Awesome, straight to the point without arbitrary stetps.
I applied by city internship website. My resume got me to first interview where I was asked questions by HR department. I was asked about education, experience, involvement in open-source projects. Later I've received email with rejection.
