After getting an email they will interview you online then, in person. The interviewers are really nice and friendly. They will thoroughly explain to you the process and what to expect from the company.

Interview

Short and sweet, they didn't have much time (because I assume they were busy with children) so it only took 20 mins. They seemed nice and went over the basics. I did not have many questions either.

It was good but very shorty and simple. Held over two days. Met with most sept heads, the board. The owners then held a separate set of meetings off sight.
