First having a 4-people Group discussion, which is related to the social case study in Cantonese. Then there is a individual interview with panel, which mostly related to interviewee himself.

The first round of interview was with two department heads and a HR. HR asked question in English while department heads asked in Cantonese. The second round included a written test and another round of interview with department heads.
