Interview was for OCM (change management) role. They just basically asked questions to check if my experience matched their project requirements. Not many technical questions, they didn't talk much about the role or career progression.
The interview process was smooth and well-structured, starting with an HR screening followed by technical and managerial rounds focused on real-world data engineering scenarios. Overall, the experience was professional and insightful.

Question 1
They asked me to explain an end-to-end data pipeline I built using Azure Data Factory and Databricks, including how I handled data transformation and error handling.
Technical related questions, managerial related questions but it will have technical scope as well & then HR discussion will happen in which salary & joining location related queries are discussed
