I interviewed for the role of Product Manager, based in H4's offices in London. My overall experience of the interview process is very positive.
H4 have an excellent in-house Talent Acquisition (TA) team, and the H4 TA person who dealt with my application was very professional, transparent, and helpful. After each round of interviews, I was promptly given an update as well as all the relevant feedback, which allowed me to shape my own view of H4 as a company and ultimately make an informed decision about the position offered. Overall, H4 demonstrated willingness and openness to answer my questions throughout the process.
The interview process included initial calls / meetings with the Head of Product and the H4 TA contact person, a phone interview to discuss a hypothetical product challenge, a written case study, an in-person meeting to go through the case study in more detail, and an interview with the senior VP Engineer in London. Each time I was given a brief overview of what the next stage would entail prior to the interview. There were no unpleasant surprises or lack of communication - quite the contrary. Feedback was timely, candid and much appreciated.

Recruiter phone screen; on site interview with Managing Director; on site and virtual interviews with accounts and service teams; panel case study presentation; meeting with CEO. In all my years providing solutions in employer branding and talent acquisition, this start-up Fintech company provided a better candidate experience than any enterprise companies I’ve worked with. Treat your candidates like you would treat your customers. H4 demonstrates that perfectly. Kudos to the People team at H4.
