Worked primarily through recruiters. Was due to meet with CEO but interviews were repeatedly rescheduled and then communication dropped off. One last coma attempt and recruiter let me know they’ll for someone else.

Interview
The process took months, never communicated back, ignored multiple follow up emails as I never got any feedback each time.
Agreed on a fixed salary contract, then at the last minute offered a commission only role.
I followed up with a request for a meeting to discuss this offer further, which was then completely ignored.
Really unprofessional, completely wasted my time. Wouldn’t not recommend.
