Take home tech task
On-site interview with about 5-6 people (one of them was a surprise and I wasn't told about beforehand)
I was a new grad when I applied. I solved all the tech problems, and even brain teasers. The feedback I got was "You were technically good and solved all the problems. But you're not a good culture fit" which was very not constructive at all to a non-white person like me who had recently moved to the UK. Believe I'd you're a minority this may not be a good place.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gumtree (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
Used Otta which made it quite easy to apply. Had a short call with recruiter before being asked to complete a code test. I was rejected after my code test submission to which they gave some brief negative feedback. Looking back I'm so glad I didn't progress any further.
