I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guidewheel (Austin, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
Intensive and fast moving, but ultimately a great way to quickly get to know the team and company culture. Numerous rounds including a project / "role playing" exercise. Some interviews are 1:1 and some are with a panel.

Interview
Recruiter took a while to confirm times and only sent the roleplay prompt hours before the second round. Then we didn’t even do a roleplay—but I was told that was the reason I didn’t move forward. Manager was cool and easy to talk to, which made the second round much smoother than the first (the recruiter call is more intense and technical than what you might expect). They were honest about expectations (130+ dials/day, 40% of BDRs hit quota) but still it raised red flags for me. Not the right fit for me. The product does seem solid though.
First round only. Clear, concise. Highly relational and closed the loop in the timeframe that was promised. Senior leadership reached out to me and we chatted for 15 minutes. Gave me time to ask questions, able to clearly lay out what the team is looking for, and why he reached out to me.
