Interview process is fairly easy if you have customer service experience. They will ask you questions in regard to customer service, employee relation, and sales target goals as they are big in sales goals.

Interview
Three phone interviews. The first was with a recruiter, second was with the district manager, the third and final was a panel interview with the regional loss prevention manager, the regional visual manager, and one of the top door store managers.

Interview
I had an initial interview with a district manager, two phone interviews with HR representatives, and a final in-person interview with a store manager. All interviews were fairly similar/standard and none were longer than 30 minutes.
