Interview process is fairly easy if you have customer service experience. They will ask you questions in regard to customer service, employee relation, and sales target goals as they are big in sales goals.

Interview
Three phone interviews. The first was with a recruiter, second was with the district manager, the third and final was a panel interview with the regional loss prevention manager, the regional visual manager, and one of the top door store managers.

Interview
There was a three interview process. The interviewers were straightforward, respectful and detailed. Company seems well organized and managed. The role was explained fully and the company's expectations were conveyed concisely.
