Guardtime interview questions

There were two interviews one with a recruiter and second with the people from team. Test exercise was to automate some API calls and add a huge amount of description and tutorial to the automation you did. It had to be really thorough. Considering time i put into the this it is really disappointing to not get feedback at all. Not even a rejection letter.

The first interview was a 90 minute free flowing discussion with the hiring manager in which we got to know each other. I was not asked a single specific question. For the second interview, I was asked to present a go-to-market strategy to a panel. Even thought they were in possession of my salary expectation, they waited to verify my references before making an offer that was considerably below my expectation. They could have saved a lot of time by reorganising their process.
