Guardian Community interview questions

It was a 5-minute virtual interview where the candidate has to wait in a que. The Hr rep or admin staff will give you brief info on the company and ask specific questions that you will provide short answers to. This position is a sales position, so I wasn't interested. However the admin explained that you will also have to submit a video, and if chosen, arrive on site where you may or may not land the position. The admin explained that the "training" is one day and then you are sent on assignments alone.
