Question 1
What’s more important to you - planning or action? Why?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Growth.com (Gilbert, AZ) in Feb 2022
Interview
Was contacted by hr because they seen my resume online. Scheduled a interview roughly a week later.
That's where the odd nature of there process started. I arrived early and the person I was to interview with was unavailable(imagine if I was unavailable and sent some to interview for me) wich is slightly disrespectful but not uncommon. In the actual interview all they discussed was a business I sold 8 years ago repeatedly asking the same question several times and ways without asking anythingof meaning. Then they seemed put off that I had been successful and was financially independent. The whole thing seemed odd as if they didn't want me to work there but needed me to come in for some reason. Just the most bizarre experience.
