Growbots Operations interview questions

I am actually very disappointed with the onsite interview in Growbots in Warsaw. The people that interviewed me were so arrogant it’s beyond me. Is that the way to recruit in Poland? Reality check – there are a lot of options out there for talented professionals and this is a two way process, so treat people with dignity! It’s a pity though because it seemed like a nice place, but in wrong hands things may go terribly wrong very quickly. Free advice: Show some dignity to the candidates and give them the fair chance to answer the questions and listen what they have to say. Sitting on your phone and texting throughout the interview it’s a big no no. It’s just a common sense and in this case lack of good manners on your end.
