Technical round 1 on first day & they took 3 days for Technical round 2 . Then again they took 2 days for manager round. Very unprofessional approach. No proper communication from HR. They even message me on WhatsApp during late. Unprofessional working you will asked to work at early morning 5 am also on event days new requirements they will give. No comp off even they asked to work on weekends Saturday, Sunday.. They keep telling lies about they will consider work life balance. Limited resources so lot of work pressure will be there. Stay away from Media company if you want peaceful work life. They told i got selected in phone call but never gave me offer letter but they keep asking my Personal ID soft copy even before salary discussion with HR to proceed further. Bad experience with this company stay away.
