The interview process at GreyOrange started off smoothly, but the overall experience became disappointing due to the complete lack of communication from the HR team.
After multiple interview rounds and investing significant time in preparation, there was no proper follow-up from the recruiters. Despite sending emails and attempting to contact HR for updates and feedback, there was either no response or complete ghosting. Even a rejection mail with constructive feedback would have been appreciated instead of being ignored altogether.
Would recommend improving recruiter responsiveness and transparency in the hiring workflow.
