It was a phone interview, we went through my experience, talked about the studio a bit. I brought up the bad reviews on glassdoor and asked if there had been any changes to management. I was told that there was a new owner.... 5 years ago! I asked if there had been any changes since january of 2025 and the person said no. I have since spoken to a number of former workers there who have shared that the production potters are most favored of all the roles. Women are treated much worse than men. Sexist and homophobic comments have been observed, They said the role started at $17 an hour, I told them I'd be willing to start at $25 but not less. I was later informed they went with potters who would take $17 an hour.
