I had a 30 minute interview with one of the store owners. It is a small, family-owned business, so the interview was more conversational. Questions were not too difficult - it was more about getting to know one another to see if it would be a good match.

Interview
I originally walked-in to inquire about the job. They were looking for new hires, but were not actively searching. The interview itself was very informal. The interviewer was about 15 minutes late. It was more of a coffee date than anything. It was very pleasant and non-stressful.
