Green Tech High Charter School interview questions

It was not difficult. Petty easy. Got the job with in a well but I am worried about why green tech has stuck a high turn over of teacher so I’m a bit wary. I want to ask my contract there but am worried I’ll get sent away then so I’m not sure what to do
