I applied on Craigslist, got a call that week. Two of the managers interviewed me, one did more of the talking. There was slight negotiation of pay rate, they asked me how much I would prefer, I told them. They looked at each other for a moment, then said my offer was acceptable. They offered me the position, and I started the next day. It was a very painless process.
