I met with a few team members during the same week — scheduling was on point and conversations seemed to flow. Questions were standard.
I met with the CEO and CSO as a "final" interview. The CEO was incredibly communicative, transparent, and open to every question I had. The CSO was a walking red flag. Came to the meeting late, chewed gum the entire time (actually heard GUM SMACKS!), and didn't ask a single question. He told me he'd watched my previous interview. That made me feel a certain way. I wouldn't consent to another interview recording after this. Judging by the CSO's behavior, felt he walked into the meeting having made up his mind already. Really put off by his arrogance and lack of curiosity. Every other aspect of the interviewing process was pleasant!
