Two individuals interviewed me. They seemed very skilled, asking thoughtful questions to elicit my responses. They tried to trap me into saying negative things about two of my former bosses. They never stated the exact schedule days and times they wanted me for. They simply mentioned two days and closing time for which I said I was available. They repeatedly said that they wanted someone who wouldn't ask for schedule changes and how they expected one to be on the job fifteen minutes early in any kind of weather, checking the weather the night before and moving one's car to be able to get through in case of snow or ice. In view of all this, they stressed they wanted someone to be very flexible to cover for other employees. They checked my skills, and later checked references. I wish I had taken down exactly what they said to me and what I said to them in agreeing to be available to work; it might have prevented their later inaccurate claims as to my availability to work.
