1. Zoom with recruiter - the recruiter is basically checking to see if you are US citizen, if you have security clearance, and asks if you are willing to travel
2. Technical take home assessment - you're given dummy data and you have to do analysis on it in Python or R, and email it back to them in 3 business days.
3. Interview with an engagement manager - here is more of the resume walk through and they just ask about how you conducted research for the technical assessment, but they don't ever actually ask you anything about the work you did at any point of the interview process
4. Onsite of 6 interviews (final round) - You need to take a personality quiz before the onsite. You go to the office and get interviewed for about 6 hours, each interview is about 30-45 min long. You meet people in the team. They ask you behavioral questions, go over your resume, ask why you want to work there, and give you a demo of the platform. There is also also an in person technical (pandas) and you meet with the ceo and founder.
Overall the process took about 6-8 weeks.
Honestly the people there are all very nice, but its clearly a toxic work environment. You are required to be in office every day, 5 days a week. The company is not diverse, most of the people working there are not poc.
