Screening Interview by the HR and once you are done, You will transferred to department head for the final interview. It is actually quick and easy, no need for written exam. They are more on interviews, but sometimes they will ask you to do actual test using the application you mentioned in your resume but only basic functions/keys.

They asked me introduce myself? What are my work experiences? Some family background reviews. What are my skills? He was a good and jolly interviewer. We shared jokes and motto's in life.

Easy questions. About flexibility to shifting schedules and willingness to be assigned on any/ nearby branches. Interviewers seem unprofessional though. They don't have a private room to conduct interviews so you'll be just sitting in front of their desk that makes the interview uncomfortable because other HR personnel are having their continuous chitchats on the background.
