Gopuff Training Manager/Field Trainer interview questions

I have mixed feelings about the process. The people I spoke to were awesome, including the recruiter, but the first time I went through interviews I was just used for information and then they decided not to even fill the position at all. The second time for a different position took multiple months of interviews to get to the end and then have one of the Co-owners decide that I am not a good fit because of my answer to one question. I was only able to speak with him for 15 minutes so the interview was somewhat rushed and I am surprised that he made a judgement in that short period of time after every other person I spoke to had great feedback about my interviews and fit.
