I applied in person. The interviews was a test case on some technologies I have never heard of before. I spent a day prepping for it. After the test, the CEO conducted a quiz interview related to my experiences and my knowledge.

Just let you solve the problem after you arrive at the company, seems they do not want to pay money no matter the problem is solved, feel bad for this company, do not go there.
