I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2024
Interview
You have an initial call with a recruiter who will then give you a rundown of the interview process, and schedule for you to join a call anonymously that gives you a full rundown of the process. There are 3 interviews, each one focusing on a different aspect: Leadership, Role-Related Knowledge, and GCA (general cognitive ability). You do Leadership and Role-Related Knowledge first and if you pass those you go to the final interview.
