I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Sept 2022
Interview
I felt like the company really wanted me, I had a great experience. Process had 4 big interview, all focused on multiple pointers + 2 interview preps (1 with HR & 1 interview sim)
I felt like I received all the pointers for each person, from hiring manager, Country Manager & my counterpart from different region.
All in all, things didn't move forward because the company decided to freeze the hiring for a long period of time.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
4 rounds, including a technical round. Fairly straightforward. Nothing was too difficult but they definitely want to see if it's a good culture fit. Technical round for EAs is interesting but it was mostly a situational question and answer. Nothing too crazy.
