Three rounds, straightforward. Questions felt deceptively simple but they may have been looking for other things. Writing assignment was interesting, somewhat arbitrary but understand it as a mechanism to evaluate.

First attached by hr, interview with her is very smooth, nice conversation not pushed, asked one question in Chinese and three in English, offered tips for the process next, benefit a lot.
The interview process was very professional. There was a first round a conversation with HR. Then you have another round of interviews with the team and then a loop. All interviews were conducted very professional.
Accepted application thru email and then scheduled initial screening interview thru phone call. Basic phone interview just a vibe check and said would get back to me on next steps
