Four phone interviews with two recruiters. The interviews where on the border of being friendly chats about life, studies and work based on the CV.
Then 5 interviews back-to-back on site in Dublin with people from the team I would be working with.
They look for people with googliness:
A person that is clearly different (i.e. peculiar interests or ways of seeing things), maybe even a bit nerdy, and socially adaptable at the same time.
Then lunch with the person who would become my "buddy/mentor" when I started.
