Applied online, initial phone screen with recruiter, and then was invited to virtual on-site interviews. During the on-site you have an initial interview with a manager, and if you pass then you move on to the next two rounds.
My interview process was great until my first initial on-site round. I prepared extensively by reading and studying all the materials that my recruiter sent me-- including how to approach a GCA question, Google Ads, problem-solving, leadership, etc. During my on-site, my interviewer was very impersonable, expressed no emotion, and spent most of her time blasting me with multiple questions at once while she stared at her screen to type notes. I was told I could expect 2-3 questions before my interview, but instead I was given about 5 total questions with about 5 questions embedded in each one during a 25-minute period. I had a hard time remembering every single part of each question because there was simply too much going on! It was extremely overwhelming and nothing like I was expecting at all. I felt like I was talking to a wall. My interviewer didn't take the time to get to know me holistically or my past experiences, rather on how I were to approach a hypothetical situation. A few minutes after, I got a phone call from my recruiter saying I didn't make it to the next two round. If you're reading this, they don't test you on your Google Ads knowledge so don't stress about it. The materials they give you to prepare is also overwhelming so don't worry about reading through all of that.
