Interview
I submitted my resume via the employee referral program. I heard back from Google that they had received my resume and would get back to me in two weeks. I heard back in three weeks regarding which position I was being considered for and to schedule a phone interview within the next two weeks.
The phone interview went very well and they mostly asked questions regarding my previous work experience and Adwords. After the interview I was told I passed on to the next stage of the process and was immediately scheduled for another interview the following week. I am currently in the process of preparing for this second interview.

5 interviews over the course of a few weeks, last interview was with the director of the org. This was in 2016, so they were asking questions that weren't as pertinent to the role at that time.

Interview
Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
