The most cool, calmed, and collected hiring manager I ever had for the interview. I have learned so much from him about the team during the short interview. This deepened my desired to be part of this new team about to be built.
Online, situational with questions to learn how you think. Provide a specific story and you have to walk them through how you think about it. Mostly sales related and customer related.

Interview
The preliminary call with the recruiter was friendly. I was informed of the interview stages which were 4. After the 1st stage, I had to send a reminder for feedback on the interview I did and informed of the hiring freeze, so I would not be going forward with the interview. I had friends who finished all four stages and received the same news. The interview process was cut short due to the hiring freeze. An organization like Google should know if they are looking to employ and the available slots for employment.
