Google Cloud Program Manager interview questions

Interview with HR about basic soft skills and experience and later interview more technical with another Program Manager. The process should have include another step with higher manager but I did not arrive to that step.

The recruiter was very efficient and straight on to business. Sent me over to the hiring manager. The hiring manager was late a few minutes, joined the video, and then asked for a few more minutes to finish up something. Okay, no problem. Then we go off with a laundry list of questions—absolutely no talk about the role, no introduction, nothing. I try to make it into a friendly conversation, but I am swiftly cut off with yet another question. The hiring manager was continually looking all over the screen and obviously doing some other work while I speak. The interview ends with me asking a few questions and finishes off right on time. I look up the hiring manager and see that he has less work experience/GCP knowledge/education than me. The rejection email comes the very next day.
