It took ridiculous amount of time, about three months in total. I didn't even get to it's end as I got very nice offer from different company.
First I needed to pass automatic video interview which was my worst experience possible. No chance for mistake, machine gives you a very short time span to record a video answer and I just can't express enough how stressful it is. Your 5 favorite patterns? Here are 3 minutes. Paused a little bit? Tried to find proper words? Half of time gone. Realized you need to mention something important? 30 seconds left. Tried to say that? Wasn't in time and got cut on the middle of the sentence. Exceptionally frustrating.
After that each next step took not less then couple weeks. Two weeks on response, 6 weeks on test task review, scheduling another interview for a 3 weeks ahead after, 2-3 weeks for the next feedback, then scheduling next interview again for a few weeks in future... Ridiculous. Not to mention last two interviews were non technical with very common blahblah questions "who are you, tell us about yourself, etc.". Yeah, there is nothing bad about them, but having them on two different interviews in a row with a month in between? Seriously?
I read many negative reviews here from current employers about processes in the company and poor management and now I can totally believe in them.
