I interviewed with GoodHabitz last year and overall found the process to be a positive and engaging experience.
The initial screening call with the recruiter was well-structured and set a clear tone for the process. I was then invited to a first-stage interview with the General Manager, which stood out as particularly thoughtful and human. It felt like a genuine conversation rather than a formal interrogation, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, after this stage, I didn’t receive a final update despite following up. While I understand that processes can be busy, closing the loop with candidates would make a meaningful difference to the overall experience.
That said, my interactions during the process itself were positive, and I valued the opportunity to engage with the team.
