I would have to agree with you on two of your statements — (1) "Bad impressions travel fast," and (2) "Very unprofessional."
I'm really bummed that this was your candidate journey @ Gong.
No excuses — we dropped the ball.
My question though: What can we do to change this experience and create a raving fan out of you?
