Competency Assignment + SDR manager 2nd round - want to understand how you approach a customer conversation, another chat about your background 4. 2 rounds of 1:1s with Leadership in other areas of the company

The recruiters did a good job of preparing me for each interview with enough info and guidance. Good communication overall. Lots of situation type questions as well as a sales mock call. However, is there really need to be 6 rounds of interviews for an entry level SDR job? This is really excessive for a bottom of totem pole role. 6 rounds over a course of a month if really a manager or director level interview process I think. In the end, didn’t get an offer as I’m probably competing with 200 other people who might be stronger candidates.
